PROBLEM?
Tell us what is wrong and where you found it. A precise report is more useful than a long one.
What to include
Send the page URL, the heading or sentence in question, what appears wrong, and a source link if you have one. You can also report broken links, unclear wording, or an accessibility problem.
What not to send
Do not include intimate personal details, passwords, identification documents, private photographs, medical records, or information about another person. Attachments are not needed.
What happens next
We review the report against the page and its sources. Material corrections are documented in the project record and the affected page is updated after review.
